Ingredients:
- Ashwagandh, Musali, Manjishtha, Mulethi, Haridra, Trikatu, Vacha, Daru Haldi, Sariva, Chaturjat, Vidanga, Vidari Kand, Nishoth, Priyangu, Dhataki Puspa, Arjun Chaal, Svet Chandan & Jaggery (Gud).
How to use:
- 3 to 6 teaspoonfull with water twice a day after meals or As suggested by the expert.
