Aachi Idicha Sambar Powder
How to use:
- Cook dal and vegetables in a pan/ or pressure cook for 3 whistles
- Once the vegetables are nicely cooked – add a spoonful of Adachi’s Idicha sambar masala
- Leave the masala to absorb into the vegetable and dal slurry.
- Cover with lid and cook over low flame for 2-3 minutes
- Add salt to taste
- Garnish with coriander
- Serve hot
