About this item:
- The Coorg Brahmins, Who arrived in the 16th century, are one of the many groups that make up Coorg. This sambar recipe comes from the late Mr.Rajagopal Srinivas, who for over 20 year served thousands of devotees, at Talacauvery during the annual festivities, and we at Ainmane would like to pay bomage to him.
- Hand-Picked spices are coarsely ground to make the sambar powder. A traditional sambar preparaion with lentils, tamarind, and vegetables would be an excellent suggestion.
